What condition does my bracelet need to be in to return it?

Bracelets must be returned in original condition – unworn, undamaged, and free from scratches, marks, or signs of wear. All original packaging (gift box/pouch) must also be included.

How long do I have to return my bracelet?

You may return your bracelet within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the courier tracking information. To be eligible, the item must meet our return conditions (unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging).

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if they decide to return or exchange an item, unless the jewellery is faulty or damaged on arrival. In the case of exchanges, customers cover the cost of sending the item back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement piece to you.

What if my bracelet is lost in the mail?

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
