Order Processing & Shipping Times
All Equux Silver orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, external factors such as holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc), or courier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer free priority shipping for all our handmade silver bracelets.
International Shipping
Equux Silver offers free worldwide shipping, except to the following countries:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea (Ukraine), Cote d'Ivoire, Congo, Liberia, Lebanon, Sudan, Belarus, Iraq, Zimbabwe, Syria.
Orders are dispatched from the UK and delivered via local postal services. Actual delivery times depend on your country’s postal infrastructure and distance from the UK.
Shipping Address & Potential Issues
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. If you realize an error:
- Contact us immediately before the order is shipped.
- If the order has already been fulfilled, we cannot cancel the shipment.
- In cases of failed delivery, the package will be returned to us and reshipping costs of £9 will apply.
